Verotel Suspending Clients
 

Verotel have begun suspending clients who have gone over the 2% chargeback ratio in a one month period.

This means if you hit 2% or over your funds will be frozen for 6 months and your account cancelled at the end of that time.

This is bad news for small sites as a single chargeback could lead to an over 2% chargeback ratio in a month.

Has anyone else heard anything about this ?

any idea why everyone - including us - stopped using their 1-900 and direct deb software ? 5 chargebacks or so and youre dead verotel *barf*

They canceled me a long time ago because one single guy did a bunch of chargebacks on recurring transactions. :feels-hot

i don't see how you guys get so close to 2%. i'm at like .25%.

i only have 2 members

im currently at 50% charge backs

its not looking good at all
