The account is held in the merchant?s business name with direct settlement of funds. The financial institution is a sponsored Visa and MasterCard acquiring processor in the European Union. All accounts are in US Dollars. The funds settlement window is a three-week period. All merchants must have a European Corporation, which we can assist with.

Application Details-

- Application due diligence paperwork must be completed prior to receiving an account. Once received, background and due diligence activities will determine the credit worthiness of the client.

Merchant Account Details-

- Account Setup Fee $1,500.00 (due only upon acceptence)
- Merchant Discount Rate 5.5% to 15% (determined by risk score)
- Reserve Rate 10% 6 month rolling
- Transaction Fee $0.50
- Fraud Scrubbing Fee $0.45
- Retrieval Requests $35.00
- Chargebacks $50.00
- Chargeback Ratio Levels 2.0%

- European Corporation Required prior to Account Setup
- Account usage must meet contractual obligations or it will be shut down.
