150 signups a day would result in an instant account termination lol... you have to stay under clickcashs radar don't draw to much attention to your account. because even though they don't mention it but they monitor how well you signups are doing, if no one is spending money then you're not worth paying and keeping on.

i've had my account terminated 3 times reasoning "your traffic is not a perfect match for our service" in other words no one is spending money and that $27k check we sent you fucked us over.

You really don't have a clue. Do you have any idea how many millionaires Clickcash has made? $50,000 to $100,000 checks do go out on a regular basis. If your traffic didn't match, so be it.
