I do not think DaveM has been "owned". It is not in our work ethic to speak of or to webmasters in that manner. If the person would come forward and contact either JohnV or myself and make themself known, we can discuss the issue in further detail. If not, then it is left at just that, hear say.

John V is an outstanding member of ARS. He goes above and beyond the call of duty for all webmasters who need his help, as do the rest of the ARS team. I have not ever had any bad replies pertaining to John V not getting back in touch with someone. The only way someone may have an issue with him, is if he has a chip on his shoulder.....
