looking for a link directory script

Hello,

I'm looking for a script to create a link directory where users can also add new links (I would like to approve the links before they are shown) and with the option to inform about broken links with one click. any suggestions where to find such a program? (and sorry if my stupid question annoyed you ;) thank you for your help
