I haven't upgraded yet, but I've read Outlook has the most design improvements that are useful. Also the new OneNote is getting a lot of accolades for note organization features.

Excel and Word nothing major you can't live without.

the spam filters in outlook are amazing, with 500-600 emails a day, about 80% of them head straight for the junk email folder...and I have only had to tell it that one was not junk
