any of you offer movies to your members in quicktime format?
I have a movie in .mov format and when I transfer it to .mpg it fucks up for some reason and doesnt play too well.
should I just offer it to my members as a .mov movie, or just not offer it at all? I dont know if I'm going to get a bunch of complaint that the .mov format movie wont play and the support wont even be worth the hassle of offering it, or if customers LIKE .mov format. |
