you should join one of the glamour models cam networks, you do a show or two a week and your members get all the shows by the other girls in the network. The girls are mostly Playboy, Penthouse models plus some pornstarlets.

There are other networks you can join as well more geared to amateur web chicks.

as far as 1-on-1 there are lots of different IFriends type sites. CamgirlsLive is one - Legendary Lars owns that one and posts and advertises on GFY.

ON Se.com, they pay you 60% , which more than any other website. Plus we get all the rich classy guys that will talk to ya for 30 mins at $3 a minute THEN want a show...its great! And theres none of those pigs that want a 3 min show and leave...thank god!! Been on there for 4 years now :)

It really is a nice site! The webmasters are always on Yahoo Messenger in case you need any help....we're like a little "Family". We even have our own @sexxyeyes.net emails (free of course) and it has a button to send an email to ALL customers! Which is a GREAT marketing tool!!!

We also have a messages board (just like this one) on there. So you can trade storys or secerts with other gals, or talk to CUSTOMERS or promote a speacial show you'll be doing, etc. Truly a great site! :winkwink:

I find it better to know all my other "co workers" (lol) and know the webmasters personally (if i need any help, they are always online so i dont have to email someone and wait for a reply).

Not being one myself, and speaking for the Camcontacts girls I promote: Most have tried other webcam companies, and weren't impressed. I wouldn't know whether or not it's harder for them to get regulars, I do know that they have them, though. And yes, they pay by the minute, and the camgirl can set the price herself, per session even.
