new years resolution: quitting smoking


... who has started again and who is still going without ??

I'm going without, then again I never started. hahaha

I quit drinking beer on Tuesdays :glugglug

I quit a month ago, I'll never smoke again.

If you get lung cancer your chances for survival are 0 and that keeps me from wanting to smoke again.

Quit 10 years ago, replaced it with jogging and working out.

Quit a few years ago.. took sevral tries but it's the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Quitting smoking was one of the best things I've done.. .I just hope now that I quit soon enough. I feel tons better after just 1.5 years of not smoking and am looking forward to my 10 year mark(since that's when they say the damage should all be healed).

Huh, I haven't quit for over a year, and I'm still smoking 1 pack/day!

I quit 2.5 years ago... its easy if you really want to do it. :glugglug

Been trying to quit forever. I now have two young children and I hope they will help provide the much needed motivation to stop. It is so tough though. Damn smokes!
