Epoch not tracking signups as normal?
 

Anyone notice a big decrease in signups with sponsors using epoch? Big decrease for me in last 5 days :(

Shhh, everything is fine.

Actually the last 2 days has been quite the opposite for me! Signups are wayyy up! I only use 2 sponsors and both process thru epoch...:thumbsup

and verotel got a similiar posting earlier today. ccbill gets about 10 a week. these posts seem in direct proportion to the # of people using that processor :-)

What kind of trouble? Software glitch?

Things look much better and closer to normal since Sunday. We just thought from the looks of it and talking to other companies, that maybe there was some increased scrubbing or other issue.

All's good now from what we see.

Signups/Conversion is greater than ever for our sites.

The only problem there is right now is with Paycom's reseller stats which arent showing previous sales for a day or two. This is being fixed immediatly and all sales are indeed being tracked and will show up soon.

Fuck. All of a sudden I can't login to my epoch reseller stats. The Username and Password you have supplied are not correct.
Bullshit.

Sign-ups are rockin'. Do a test on your own site and test it yourself. No across-the-board changes have been made.
