WTF is going on with my thumb software

whatever software i use, i cant seem to make 120 by 120
i alwats get 120 by 98 or shit like that.

anyone help?

Do you have the aspect ratio locked?

Depending on your software you can usually take out it out by unchecking it "aspect ratio" in your options/toolbar.
