I know that this sounds stupid but what is SMS

short messanging service. quick text messages you can send via phones, popular in europe.

you can use sms to bill people for content for mobile phones and such.

Where are you located? Where are the surfers located that you expect to pay by SMS?

You are very unlikely to find any SMS providers that will offer you this without setup costs as they have costs associated from the telco to supply PSMS numbers.

IM pretty sure its only in Europe right now, I havnt seen any in the US yet..
