Would you believe I've never had salmon? Not much of a fish person so I've never tried it, I've heard it's great though. Maybe I'll order it some day.

I used to go on missions to find little hole in the wall Italian places to grab some slices or fettucine alfredo or whatever. It was always good to find a hot one and go for a while then you could start ordering stuff that's not on the menu to get into the supply of what they were eating themselves.

ps i have a friend whose father used to make his pop corn with bacon fat let me know if anyone has tried this. I want to do this so badly but my wife keeps throwing out the fat before I get a chance.

Depends where the salmon is from, I'm a huge fan, but if it's not west coast don't bother.

I had a ham & cheese loaf on white bread sandwich. Put a slice of muenster, a slice of pepper jack, mustard, and mayo on it. Hawaiian Punch to wash it down. Tasty.

I think my mom cooked everything in bacon fat :)
