they are rented for $920 a month each flat,
however maintenence and other shit just take up too much time

That is when you hire a property manager.

Are there any articles or information available on the profitability of these stores? Hehe I don't think I have ever seen one go out of business so I don't think they lose money ever :winkwink:

i have a maintenence man on contract, they guy barely speaks english, but works like a mofo and cheap.

its only 4 houses so no property manager,
i have pretty good tenants and guaranteed payment.

as far as the adult video store, i was thinking of purchasing one myself
