If you are rich I invite you to offer one piece of advice on this thread. What is the best piece of advice you would give to someone who is smart but really has no idea about how to get rich?

Well little things like IOU's that make a big difference when you get asked if you spit or swallow.

1) WORK HARD EVERY DAY.
2) DO NOT PROCRASTINATE
3) LIVE CHEAP BUT STILL ENJOY LIFE
4) INVEST
5) HAVE FUN AFTER YOUR WORK DAY IS OVER

But if you do not do #1, forget the rest unless you luck into something.
