                                                                          I saw them play Sunday at the big day out and what I saw of the show was excellent.

                                                                          Unfortunately I got bashed by security half way through the show and had to get medical help so I missed the last half.
                                                                          Got to love braindead Aussie security guards.

In those sorts of cases there's not necessarily a loss of profit, because that person likely wouldn't have purchased your product anyway.

                                                                                  Kind of like my brother's pirated copy of (fill in the blank), is a 17 year old really going to go out and buy a $2,000 copy of software? Hell no, and I think it's sad that large corporations feel the need to enforce their copyrights when there's no financial loss involved.

                                                                                  However, in cases such as if someone's selling the product online for instance, I believe whole-heartedly in sueing the living shit out of the theiving bastards.
