I saw a cool program on the BBC the other day about the illegal diamond trade in Belgium... it looked pretty cool. There were people smuggling blood diamonds out of little African countries and taking them to Antwerp. They'd buy them from diamond diggers in Africa for $7, and then sell them for several thousand to diamond dealers in Antwerp. Looked like a good racket.
