Singular or Plural Searches?
Hey,
I've been on top of the SEO game for years now, but if I have one drawback, it's knowing the difference in popularity from singular to plural? This is a non-related example: o inventory reports at Overture everything is singular (even if you type "guitars" it shows the terms coming back as "guitar"). Is guitar more popular or guitars? Should I go after "buy guitar online" or "buy guitars online". Same with adult stuff as well. "Free picture online" or "free pictures online"? Are the SE's intelligent enough to drop the S on plural words in all queries? Any insite would be greatly appreciated. If you have any proof to back up what you think, that'd be great too. Let me know, Thanks, Kevin |
They're different. Expand your arsenal and go after both.
