Do sponsors allow this?
 

Suppose i have a site named xyz.com and promote abc.com. Can i put in my site logo xyz.com has partnered with abc.com to bring you the hottest content (or whatever). I would only be promoting abc.com content.

Doubt it

You'd have to get permission from the sponsor. Most of them should allow it.
