Is all/any of this legitamtely liscenced?

They seem to be based in Curacao, where enforcement of international trademarks or other intellectual property seems unlikely. The software I'm assuming they have source for, since they need to hahahahaha a dialer in it. Looks like around $5-$50 an hour to play the games in most North American and European countries.
