if the premise of your site is aol girls - then yes, they can claim trademark infringement.

You can register it, but within a few days/weeks you'll notice that all the sudden they have ownership.

Yea that would be using their trademark in a negitive way! I wouldn't waste time registering and paying for it!

I knew the guy who had aolwomen.com and AOL actually managed to jack it straight from the registrar. He did agree to give it up but they didn't even wait for a transfer. He tried to fight it but it was too much of a headache, and too costly.

No and yes :) it all depends on the circumstances.

You cant infringe so AOLsluts is out of the question

But you could have www.gaol.com or www.maol.com
