is it illegal to have aol in your domain name
like sexyaolhoes.com or aolsluts.com
if the premise of your site is aol girls - then yes, they can claim trademark infringement.
yes the will file against you for 100k per domain.
Really?
my friend had an anti aol site back in the day and they shut him down
You can register it, but within a few days/weeks you'll notice that all the sudden they have ownership.
interesting :)
it won't last long
better register gfysluts.com :-) |
Im have same problem now i bought anti-ebay.com and all ready got papers from ebays legal department.
Yea that would be using their trademark in a negitive way! I wouldn't waste time registering and paying for it!

I knew the guy who had aolwomen.com and AOL actually managed to jack it straight from the registrar. He did agree to give it up but they didn't even wait for a transfer. He tried to fight it but it was too much of a headache, and too costly.

No and yes :) it all depends on the circumstances.
You cant infringe so AOLsluts is out of the question But you could have www.gaol.com or www.maol.com |
