Which is the best agency/person to get hold of to track down a persistant hacker/intruder to my servers?

An indication of what this person is doing/has done -

1) Hacked a server and loaded a rootkit/trojan

2) Constantly fucking up my traffic flows with bot etc.

3) Creating spoofed links to my sites - Which when checked, contain viruses

4) Done web searches for all of my models by name - Used those pages to create a link back to my sites.

5) Has a /backdoor/ type of trojan sniffing at my works computer ports 24X7

(Up till 11/1/2004, this was actually coming from a neostrada/Poland ip - Since then, the ip changes every 20 seconds or so - )

Many webmasters know me - But only one would know all the names of my models so I am pretty damn sure this guy (From the same city in Poland as me) is either behind this, or funding this -

Any help on nailing this asswipe would be appreciated.
