I need simple flash file / PayPal
 

I need small flash file that :
-can be loaded on any page
-is floating "over the window"
-is transparent - invisible ( or includes just some small pixels )
-takes over the whole parent window or screen or at least 800 x 600 area
-when layer is clicked directs to given URL or directs automaticly

I have FlashMX, but I have never used it... should be too easy to do. Can you do that kind of file(s) for me? How much? PayPal ICQ 1 6 0 5 5 2 7 0 7 and leave msg, will be online later or post your contact here and I will email. Thanks.
