ExtremePaychecks.com - Comments Please?

I was thinking about promoting some of their sites, but then I read their terms and saw this...

http://www.extremepaychecks.com/terms.htm

"
4. Definition of Valid Referral. A referral is valid if it is not in violation of the terms of this agreement. Extremepaychecks.com will not accept accounts from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kalingrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yugoslavia and any other country or place that viewing, downloading or the use of materials from Extremepaychecks.com would or could reasonably constitute a violation of any law, regulation, rule or custom. Further Extremepaychecks.com will not accept accounts from any foreign country designated under 31 C.F.R. Part 515.
"

So basically, they dont give you credit for any of your foreign traffic? Any comments on their sites, affiliate program in general, or this clause in their TOS is appreciated. Thanks.

No that means you shouldn't be a resident of any of these countries uf you wanna signup tio their sponsorship program.
That's in fact the list of countries where they don't send the checks.

Just wondering.. How are you all doing on rebills with them ?

I used the partner program for some of their Toon sites as those kind of sites usualy rebill pretty good..so far on 20 joins I haven't even had 1 single rebill.. Kinda make me think that eigther they play tricks or their members areas must totaly suck :(

Damn..Posted this wrong..this was for the Sextronix tread *lol*

onlymovies 01-19-2004 06:03 AM

I don't use the recurring program when promoting them, so i can't give much experience on that one. I use the pay per signup and I love it. Conversions rock for us. :)

other support rep logs look similair

They have a great program, conversions are awesome, and a mix of PPS and rev share is the way to go. I convert better than 1:97 with pure TGP traffic.

As far as this TOS rule... I'd just shy away from referring webmasters that make their home in these countries. Paying these people out constitutes a problem for them obviously.

P.S. Fill out a ticket on their support section of their site. They respond very quickly.

xdcdave 01-19-2004 09:05 AM

I do quite well with them personally. ICQ Nate, he never ignores me. Or fill out a Support Ticket, those always get answered quickly.

Support is excellent over here. I just started using their revshare links and it seems to be going great. I have yet to try one of their sites that doesn't covert.

Yes Extreme Paychecks pays for sales on foreign traffic, infact they just added dialer as an added way to convert your forgien traffic. By the way since you have nasty Dollars in your sig you might want to take a look at there TOS and check out #9. Look familiar?

Trax,

In regards to the missed ICQ's Ill discuss it with the guys and see what might have went wrong, but I can assure you I dont think there is anyone on our team that would intentionally ignore anyone. As for the Ticket system, Im not sure if you may have put it in to the old ticket system , but the correct place to handle tickets is listed here:
http://www.extremepaychecks.com/memb...ct=open_ticket

Iwantchixx,
Sorry perhaps Ill put it on our TOS that we might travel once and while in order to do business. Sorry but I believe we handled this issue pretty quickly once we landed (on another board). Im not sure there is a large enough issue that cant wait 1hr for someone to land, btw it's 1200 Miles away not 1000.

yes
the form was def. different
appreciate the words

but then again i prefer icq over email in most cases :)

Extreme John 01-19-2004 10:22 AM

Trax I agree, certainly faster, in some cases Icq can be a pain in the ass when it comes to sending or recieving offline messages, which is looking like what the case might have been.

DOH. I was only off by 200 miles :)
I just found it funny how of the two times I urgently needed something checked out ya's were on a plane somewhere. Funny as in laugh laugh, not bitching funny.

And actualy the issue was urgent to me, But I'll let that comment slide. It was only the possibility of losing $300-$900 in sales per day giving me an ulcer because as it looked my tests showed NO hits tracked even using new codes. No worries, I pushed back the release of my network to put different ads in. It's already 2 months late, what's another 3 days.

May I suggest you put notices in the support ticket system when nobody is available to respond to tickets? Might save alot of frustration. Kinda gets aggrevating when told on "the other board" that tickets are dealt with very quickly the second anyone mentions your company name only to not get that quick of an answer in some cases. I'm not bitching, just suggesting you let webmasters know inside the ticket system page if you are not available.

I must say this though, at least you attempt to resolve things, dozens of other companies I have dealt with before just ignore everything. Kudos :thumbsup

Extreme John 01-19-2004 10:57 AM

I totally understand, but Im sure you can understand that with Internext in Vegas we needed to travel there (no short flight either which sucks), and to come out to NY to do some business (more traveling).

In regards to putting up a message, we will consider it, although we generally do not have issues with affiliates having tickets replied to. Again "Generally", not "Never", things cant always be ducky.

Thank you for your input, and Im glad you appreciate our effort.

I understand fully, which is why when greenie told me you were mid flight I was like, "oh that explains it" and told myself it was no biggie and worked on somthing else.

Footsex, Nastydollars #9 (http://nastydollars.com/terms.htm) would be similiar to ExtremePaycheck's #1 (http://www.extremepaychecks.com/terms.htm). Those are terms regarding the participation of webmasters.

Now look at ExtremePaychecks terms #3 and #4. Those clauses refer to what countries they do not accept traffic/signups from (Not countries in which they dont allow webmaster participation).

I see that they have a foreign traffic dialer, but I'm wondering if thats for foreign countries besides the ones listed in their TOS #4.

I'll send Extemepaychecks an email regarding further clarification of #4 in their TOS.
