I need an average portal site (link list/TGP/pic pos) designer?
 

I have a site that is a link list, TGP and pic post that need to be redesigned. I don't really need any thing expensive, fancy or graphic heavy. All I want is a four page template (i.e. warning page, a link list page, a TGP page and a pic post page).
