I am a new webmaster to the business and looking to learn. I am located in Clearwater,florida. For being honest and depenable all i can tell you since nobody on here knows me is me and my wife are power sellers on ebay with great feedback. I work from home and allways online about 12-14 hours a day and very business oriented. Now regarding pay since i am just wanting to learn the business i will do it for free or even dirt cheap.I hear a lot of great things about tis biz and would love to learn from someone who has the Experience . Best advice - if you are able to work 12-14 hrs per day, go to xbiz.com and pornresource.com and read everything you can find.
If you donlt understand something, then make a search in board archives.
If you still donlt understand something, then ask here.
And then start working on your own.

Go signup at a sponsor with a ton of free content, then design avs feeders sites for 12 hours a day and you'll have some recurring cash for a long while, at least as long as AVS is still around and use a big sponsor that's not going to shut down anytime soon.

polish_aristocrat good advice and yes thats what i been doing is reading and reading. Adultnex my experience to createing web pages is limted to html at this time. I really hate calling myself a newbie because it really does not describe what i am capable of and my strive to suceed in what ever i do. By the way thanks for the quick replys.

if i were you id get some experience in html, so you know it in and out, and learn some css too, also basic image manipulation will come in handy, then read read read! and good luck
