Today I usually have my son with me. If I miss the end of the last game (and lose) I'll paypal before midnight PST. If I don't have him, or he wants to watch football for some reason, I'll paypal immediately after the game (IF I lose). I think the Eagles and Pats will win. Can't wait to collect my $100.

Based on the last 5 games for NE and the Dolts. I see the NE defense has an incredible 16 sacks and much higher interception/return record than IND.

This is gonna be a good game if both teams show up to play. (their best)

Panthers are gonna beat Philly, Mcnabb is an overrated QB and Phillys D sucks ass against the run and Panthers run 50% of the time. Panthers top D is gonna control the game.

McNabb's ability to scramble out of the pocket and put yards on the board is what effectively bewildered the fudgePackers last week. By the specs over the past 5 games for each team, Philly has a decisive edge.

The Eagles have

- scored more points and allowed less
- more 1st downs
- a better conversion rate on 4th down
- less fumbles and less interceptions
- less rushing plays than Carolina, but have gained more yards
- Mcnabb, whose stats outstip all Carolina QB's... more yards, more TD's, better completion rate.

by the stats, it is actually quite lop-sided in favor of the bEagles.


Of course all that means nothing until one team actually steps up and owns the other. We'll see in a few hours, but as for pre-game talking about why so-and-so will win/lose, you best be looking at the stats before saying anyone is "overrated".

i would take on a bet but i wont have money in my paypal until mid week next week. and im not that into making bets unless i know i can pay within 24h.

now if you would like to make a bet and let me pay you via paypal on wed. then i am game, i am good for it, i payed boneprone a $200 loss. there is no point in me holding out on a few hudnred.

these games will be close no doubt, i called Philly to beat Packers last week and barely did, i feel Philly's lack of D against the run game may be there downfall.

Mcnabb ran 100+ yards himelf against Green Bay last week, the panthers D will not allow that i can tell you.

Their blitz might not be as fierce as the Packer's though, so he may not have to run around that much. If his D can give him time, his throwing arm is what will take apart the panthers.


I'll most likely be into a few bets for the Bowl game, we'll see whose feeling lucky then :D
