I know what shaving is, but what is scrubbing?

When processors reject suspicious cards outright because they want to cut down on chargebacks.

it's what ytou have to do when you are trying to remove a tough stain from clothes, furniture, floors etc.. lol

it's what you do when your ass itches and you look around, no one's watching and you dig deep and scrub.. only to find out how much you fingers really stink now and you make a quick dash for the bathroom to wash them before anyone comes anywhere near you.

Scrubbing mostly refers to the cleaning of an email list.
Clean the bounces out - and remove requests etc. Also removing certain addresses from keywords.

Scrubbing=cleaning

So could you use this 'scrubbing' term in a sentence like:

'I need to scrub my balls' ?
