There are lots of other link lists and TGPs that have the crummiest designs, but have good content and quality.

I agree with ya on that. What counts is the quality of content you list. He/she also must have some good traffic trades using a decent script.

That site is really good, I trade with it from 2 of my sites and it has good traffic. The owners are the guys from ampland i believe. the traffic is excellent. Your loss for thinking it sucks.
