If you had to ask then your hits must not be qualitfied. Only the elite webmasters have truly qualified traffic. :glugglug

Posted 30 times but i still didnt see a clear answer.
To me qaulified looks like join page hits in their case. Its so low it cant be 2nd page.

1000 1st page clicks and 30 2nd page? I highly doubt it.

Thats an unfair stament. I work with a lot of adult sponsors and a relatively small amount show only second page uniques.


It is, however, nice when a program shows you first and second page hits or first and join page hit.

not correct. Qualified = 2nd page. Sometimes that's the signup page, sometimes it's another tour page.

Exactly. I don't know where he got that from but plenty of sponsors count and show first page hits. I rarely use one that doesn't. Always make me think that they are trying to hide something.

Yep, and that wouldn't be a bad ratio at all if it's TGP or exit traffic.

people should learn to look at bottom line profit rather than ratios.

1:2500 first page RAW with TGP traffic isnt that bad.

Programs that can't convert show 2nd page or 'qualified' clicks.

Programs that convert well show first page or "raw" clicks.

Always track your own clicks though, and you can measure how much you are being shaved and make an informed decision on which sponsor to promote from there.

That's why we show EVERYTHING.

2nd page unique (qualified)

Most programs only show "clicks" and that's the second page number.

We show 1st page unique and raw.


The bottom line is always what matters when comparing sponsors, but if they only show 2nd page and show ratios based on those numbers, that's pretty weak.

Usually its because if they used first page, it would blow.

2nd page hit tracking sucks

Oh, also, sponsor's hits number are often WAAY off.


Always count your own out hits. It will never match 100% with the sponsor, but at least you'll have more realistic figures.
