What is your biggest gripe/hassle/complaint about running adult sites?
 

There's a reason I'm asking this...I'm a solutions oriented guy and would like to see exactly what types of problems there are with running adult sites that haven't been solved so I can possibly work some magic and come up with a product to solve one or more..
