Hell - everybody is jumping on the "Low Carb" wagon these days...and for good reason - it fugg'n works!

I've never been really "fat" but I was tot'n around an extra 15-20 lbs middle of last year. I started cutting back on bread, potatoes and pasta and the weight just fell off. I went from 178 to 155 in about 6 weeks and have been holding steady for almost 6 months. Shit - had to buy new clothes :1orglaugh

In-N-Out has an even better Protien Style Burger. When you go in order a "plain three by three protein style" and they will do the rest.

That's the kind of real-world experience I need to get motivated. Except I only have 5-7 lbs extra around the middle. Still it grows a little with every year, it seems.
