dunno, maybe FM, or Serge - I'd pick FM over other oldtimers like The General and ScottPB, just because he's never dropped off the radar, and his programs are still widely used.

FM took the webmaster program to a whole different level. He also put a lot of people in business that are making a shitload for themselves as well as helping other people make a ton.

Brian Shuster - got the per click up to 18 cents a unique (shaved like hell but still). Also gave out great pre-paid deals.

Ron Levi - raised the payouts for programs to a whole new level.
