ProBilling - A classic example, yet again, why you need MPA2...

Our industry is hurt every time a processor goes down, so it is not with a light heart I send out this blatant spam for MPA2 - The Mother of All Automation Programs - with CASCADING PROCESSING.

The good news in this sad hour for any ProBilling using sponsor program is that there are still a few very good processing companies out there that still stand.

These are (listed in no particular order):

Epochsystems/Paycom
Jettis
CCBill
2000charge (for debit EU and Korean cards)
IBill

Alternative processing:
for checks
Electracash
WTS (ACHdebit)

Dialers:
NoCreditCards
Goodthinxxx
Profitplantation

Spread your risk boys and girls....

Here are some of the ADDED features:

1.Geo Tracking ? IP Tracking Script. Tracking which country the surfers originates and therefore, supplying the surfer with the best billing alternative. Especially useful to maximize your Asian and European traffic.

2. Reward system ? A popular loyally program that offers your webmasters with good or services.

3. Fraud control Feature. IP tracking where the mpa2 program will tag a particular webmaster has signed up to the same site or different sites in the program sent by the same IP address. This is especially useful tool to control and reduce webmaster fraud in affiliate programs.

4. Database agnostic ? use any database (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL, and so on?

5. 2000charge for EU debit and Korean debit cards

6. WTS for check processing

7. Multiple tours option

8. Sub admin login (add other sites to your program and give access to stats belonging to those sites only)

And more?

I don't see why you need MPA to switch your primary processor - just change the HTML on your join page. Did you guys even support probilling as an option? Spam, spam, spam.

YES YES YES - Sorry Netbilling - - - - my bad. Of course we do! GREAT processor when using your own merchant account!

:glugglug

fatbaby - Yes, but I only wanted to list the ones that we currently support (of cc processors)

rowan - Good luck with all your affiliates suddenly not getting paid anymore.

Also, we never supported ProBilling - we considered them "not strong enough" for us to put our money on them. We got plenty of requests to add them but chose to not do it.

Eaxactly, its not the fact that you will find a bug in scripts, its how fast will the company respond and take care of it right away and offer a bug fix update within a day or two, now when you can egt that kind of service out of a company you got a good product, if they tell you we will fix that in the next release then you better find a new solution, because these type of companies are just too damn lazy to do it now:(

I have never used MPA2 so I can not comment on it, looks nice and I would probally look more into it if it supported doing your own processing with it through a merchant account instead of just all these 3rd party processors:) I have 2 merchant accounts, one being authorize.net, if supported it then it would work for me, since it doesn't it won't hehehe;)

As if I said it myself. Now here is the good news for you BrentD - MPA2 has supported using your own merchant account for a long time - Netbilling is used as the gateway with great success for the companies that choose this configuration. This, combined with the new shopping cart that is integrated into MPA2 you can also sell products. (we already have several customers selling products and memberships using their own merchant account and via Netbilling. They all say they love it. A few of them are active GFY posters too.)

So, look again Brent :thumbsup

No it's not. In fact I don't understand why they can't certify each installation in writing so as to prove there is no potentiality of shaving. Just get the issue totally out of the way.

Maybe get a lawyer to audit the code.

Until that day there is always going to be a question.

You keep getting funnier. Not a client? LOL, PR is good for client and non clients.

No idea what im talking about? So there is NO shave option built in?

As for bugs, Im not taking about broken images, im taking about serious money loss errors. You wanna talk about how come some webmasters are getting 5-6 chargbacks when they only made 2-3 sales? Wanna talk about how sign ups show up and the vanish?

Wanna talk about how with some programs clicks dont show up?
In fact I have an email here from a sponsor thats sais,

"Can we investigate? I checked that his stats weren?t updating, and I checked using my account with the same result ? the unique wasn?t recorded. It only shows up 1 unique ? which was the click I made from my system."
They tell me that they are still waiting for a resonse form your techies to see wtf happend, 2 weeks and nothing yet...2 weeks!

Im still looking for drama huh? Why dont you all do a search on this spectacular proggy and see how many webmasters are also being drama queens.

So if you wanna spam a board on how great your proggy is, how you take the time and answer some questions first. Instead of resorting to calling people "drama queens", be a man fess up.

DRAMA :321GFY

Ray - We do have a few clients using MPA2 that need our expertise in setting up everything from their server to the admin settings to ensure that everything work as it is supposed to do. We cannot babysit them all, but we will give the tools necessary to run a successful program. Now IF they dont set for instance the cookies to expire after or before a certain time, then the program will not track correctly. If an affiliate manage to copy and paste the referring URL incorrecly, well, then the program will not track it. Unfortunately there are more of those than we like to admit. We always try to accomodate and teach those in question. And trust me, it is not an easy task. Some "webmasters" tend to be "webmasters" next to doing their regular daytime job as a cashier at their local bank. The symbiose between those two jobs tend to fail in many cases. And no, MPA2 does not have shaving "built into it" - if you want that added, then that it up to you. We dont condone or recommend shaving. Another thing is changes to the credit card processors backends. This happens more often than anyone like. But we always stay on top of it and make the changes for all our customers FOR FREE so that the program can be fully functional at all times - we are not obligated to do this for free, but we do. MPA2 is a killer application that makes webmasters and affiliates LOTS of money due to the fact that we stay on top of things at all times.

And that pretty much sums it up Ray... If you have other concerns - be sure to email them to your sponsor and cc me if you want. We will look into them especially for you and make you the happiest affiliate this industry have ever seen.

:)

Current version of MPA2 requires heavy backend programming to add a NEW processor. It is about a 2 weeks full programming job, including testing and deploying, so the quote was not far off. Pretty accurate if you ask me. I would have quoted you a few hundered more though... Just because of this comment... hehe.

What processor did you want implemented? Probilling? :1orglaugh
