that's my invention - i coined that spelling of his name. When Jews write about God, there's some arcane law somewhere maybe in the Talmud that lowly humans can't treat God like he is just any Tom, Dick or Harry - so Jews when writing His name, write "G-d".

Spelling Ron as R-n is just a goof on his reputation as being the Creator of the Adult Internet.

That's actually what it reminded me of but I didn't want to say so because I was afraid someone would make fun of me! :1orglaugh

I have a friend who's an Orthodox Jew and he would get mad at me about that. He had a website for a hobby/biz of his that I made for him and for some reason I wrote out God (wasn't even anything religious) and he made me change it. I think it's because they're afraid someone could print the page out and then deface the name of God or erase it. I thought the R-n thing might be so he couldn't search for his name on here. :1orglaugh
