Are you only looking for teen looking models? If not icq me I know a lot of models 20-25 who travel the US often and do shoots.

yeah some agents will pay a decent finders fee. Some offer peanuts like 100 bucks. I know one who pays 10% of what the girl makes in her first month, which can be alot because new girls work alot, so it could be $500-1000.

i dunno about finders fees per se but they certainly will resell content for you if youre shooting it.

I'm confident you can find them.

if they are top notch models, it might be better for you to partner up with a photographer and sell them

recruiting can be the most labor intensive part of the entire business, if you can get 18-21, real cute, then with the right photographer I imagine you'd make more money than simply referral fees. If a model proves popular, try to be her agent.

and if they are really hot, make sure you don't pass up on the opportunity of starring in the content with them
