Automating Members Content area!!

I remember seeing a script about 6 months ago
That Automated Members Content area by the length of the surfers membership or by the amount times the member had logged in
e.g.
Surfer 1 has been a member for 1 week so was on update 1
Surfer 2 has been a member for 9 weeks but has only logged 3 times so was on update 3
etc.....

Also had shit like Whats coming on the next update

Any one know the script or know of any scripts that has similar this features?
