Members who signup more than once
 

what do you do with them...
a few minutes ago somebody signed up twice within a time range of 15 minutes. the only thing that differed was his email
one was
[email protected]
2nd one was @aol.com

question is what to do with those guys?
Do you refund one of the 2 transactions?
Do you let em find out the hard way?
seen stuff like this happen a lot of times because of all kinds of errors...
question is if/what you do at all...

definately sounds like a cheater using a stolen CC to signup :2 cents:

this one came from no affiliates
that was my traffic :9

the transactions however were in a range of 15 minutes which sounds more like his browser crashing... not being able to access the members area

BTW, he may charge back both transaction, if he finds out he was billed twice :2 cents:

would really like to know what everyone here does

i would bet that he was unable to retrieve his confirmation from his first email,(for some reason,maybe lost password)so he tried another email.

but i somehow doubt everyone here would do that - no?

that happened to me once, i emailed him and the email bounced, so i just forgot about it.. never got a chargeback from it months later.

Refund the first signup.
No one would sign up again if the first account was working unless it was a cheater; and the cheater loses a sign up if you refund it.
