Would you still promote a site using CCBill?

Just a question: if a new sponsor popped up who was using CCBill, would you use them after the problems with the recurring shaving?

If not, which biller would you feel most secure/comfortable with in regards to a sponsor's billing?

Lastly, would you be interested in any form of sponsor that had a micropayment system for WAP versions of its sites?

Of course you should use ccbill. They rapidly sorted out all problems.

Roald 01-15-2004 02:52 AM

Ofcourse can't think of any reason why not.

Merrioc 01-15-2004 02:54 AM

I don't see any reason why someone shouldn't, CCbill corrected the issue.

Second....
ya'll sign up for cascading billing sites... and the main cascade billing software I know has far worse skimming built directly into it and is plainly labeled as such.

Okay basically what I'm wondering is if the community still has confidence in them and the sites run through them?

Of course cascading billing can add additional processors on top/underneath them, but the general concensus so far is that it was the program owners themselves screwing their affiliates over and no one has any bad feelings towards CCBill themselves?

we know before hand about the posibility to pay affiliates for a x amount of rebill maximum using CCBill... CCBill just corrected this by making sure it isn't used as a shaving tool by making it public... nice move from them so heck.. I'm more than happy to push ccbill sponsors, alot more than before actually.

sure why not?

just stay away from perfectioncash and everything will be hunkie dorie

is that how you spell it?

makefuckingmoney 01-15-2004 03:06 AM

CCbill has no need to shave anyone, they always get theirs..

CCbill dont shave webmasters...webmasters shave webmasters..

railz 01-15-2004 03:22 AM

K that seems to be pretty concrete.

Now - WAP. I saw some amazing demos of WAP services in Vegas - anyone have any thoughts on this? I s WAP about to come of age?

Can someone explain how that works? I'm thinking of one sponsor with very high payouts, that prominently has the fact that they use cascading billing displayed on their site like it's a good thing... but their conversions aren't really stellar.

Now that I figured out how to finally check my stats with their new system, I have no problem! In fact, I'll be pushing their sites more and more considering over 40% of my income over there is rebills. That's not too shabby, the ratios all look great and I loveeeeeee weekly checks. :thumbsup

yep. ccbill is still #1

hentaivip 01-15-2004 06:10 AM
