    $20 paypal for whoever that can fix this...

    Some shit site fucked my computer up... here are the problems i have:
    1- im getting a popup every 10minutes
    2- everytime i visit a site (containing porn related words) i get another popup PLUS a DIALER installed.
    3- everytime i restart my comp my homepage is reset and new sites added to my Favorites.
    4- im going crazy

    I tried Adware and i searched for the files and deleted them... but did not work.

    If you know how I can fix this pls reply or icq me at 167019888
    $20 paypal for the person who free's me of the above problems (dont say burn computer or reinstall windows).

    Last time this happened to me nothing worked and i was forced to reinstall OS.

      Adware is crap..get spybot search and destroy..I had the same shit and it cleaned it up

                              check c:\windows\host
                              -- Edit this, mines empty.. messes up your search page that microsoft autoloads for domains that dont resolve but it will also fix any host changes that redirect certain domains to the wrong sites.

                              also check msconfig.exe using start -> run, and check the startup tab for anything you dont recognize.. then do a cold boot (just shut the power off)

                              do first and second step again in case the spyware/malware/virus auto-changes what you change.. and set c:\windows\host to read only.

                              you open c:\windows\host in notepad.. its a file with no extention

                                  Chances are none of those programs will work.
                                  What URL are you getting as a homepage?

                                  You may have to do the following:
                                  Boot in Safe Mode.
                                  Delete Winlogon.exe from your Startup folder in the Start menu.
                                  Delete the bookmarks and reset your homepage.
                                  Reboot.

                                  It should be fine after that. Run one of those spyware programs to be sure afterwards.

                                          I have GO-BACK installed, it's part of Norton Utilities. I can just open that and restore my computer to what it was ten minutes ago, or to yesterday, or even to a week ago if needed. Once you restore your system to back before you encountered the spyware, you're clean, free and good to go.

                                          Some OS like windows ME have a built-in system restore function that will do this too, as long as you had it enabled all along.

                                              hit ctrl + alt + delete .. check if you have "comwiz.exe" in there.. comwiz.exe is a piece of shit! when you try to close it.. it re opens.. when you try to uninstall it hides the window so you can't..

                                                  Still not fixed... spybot was able to fix it until i restarted then when i restarted windows it came back...
                                                  Main problem is: popup im getting when i visit a porn site and the dialer that gets re-installed.
                                                  Dialer is called Domer.

                                                  Nappy, I tried that program and it got rid of some shit but my problem is still here.

                                                          Go to the START menu
                                                          Then to the RUN option
                                                          type in msconfig
                                                          Go to the STARTUP tab
                                                          Uncheck everything and restart..if it doesn't do that crazy shit you're talking about then go back into msconfig (like how I said above) and start checking things back and restarting until you find the culprit..then just make sure it's unchecked and restart and you should be good to go. Now, if you see something in there like Domer or SPYWARETHATMAKESYOURCOMPUTERFUCKEDUP.exe you'll know to uncheck those and restart first.

                                                              you probably have that alert service and messenger service running..disable those thru your control panel admin tools or turn them to manual..i think that is how you are getting that shit.
