I'm sending 10,000 uniques over from my site www.extremefitness.com. Over 2,000 unqiues have clicked on my JOIN NOW! page today. Of those, 314 clicked on the ccbilling page. ccBill is reporting 0 sales. Yesterday ccBill is reporting over 500 clicks on the signup page with 0 signups.

WTF?

Do I need a new designer or what?

first thing that ran through my mind was whether you verified your script was working. funny thing is that customers will email ccbill (ibill in my case), wait 2-3 days for a reply from them, which they tell them to simply contact us!

if needed, get out your own credit card and pay for a subscription, can't say about ccbill, but for ibill it's no prob to issue myself a refund

Thanks for the advise, I did just run through a signup with no problems and it showed on my sales side (which I then refunded).

So, 500+ people a day get to the actual signup page but nobody signs up? I'm getting like 1:1500.

(I dont want to redirect the traffic since I own both sites).

Your 1st page "join now" button is HUGE and right on top, in the middle. It's wierd. For some reason my mouse decided to move toward it when I actually just wanted to see the rest of the preview. There's no way in hell I actually wanted to pay anything. I like the design (sorta) but it may be time to try something else.

Well, I can't say for sure, but I think this might have something to do with it. On the page before clicking to go to ccbill you state that the membership costs $14.95/mth and $26.95 for 90 days....

then on ccbill it says $26.95 per month recurring!!

You caught me in the middle of an update, lol. :D
