i've been around since 1996, and there's PK, pattyecake, rrred, tam, fetishtemptress who come to mind right off...

Yep I started in the biz back in 1997....seems ages ago. The only female webmistress I recall back then was PK and maybe one other...

You know I started into this business back in 1997 after reading an article about PK and Danni's harddrive. Thats what inspired me to get into this. I knew there would be alot of $$$ to be made :)

I have been doing stuff since about '98 but it took a couple of years for me to get really serious about it..dumb ass that I was at the time. Actually, I was starting school and had too much on my plate.

but there are different forms of webmistress'

I've met some 'webmistresses' that didn't know what a feeder was or how to do table layouts ... kinda made me go hmmmm

alot of them work for sponsors as reps - are they considered webmistresses or web employees?? lol

Both my partner & I are webmistresses. Er, she's more a webmistress, I'm more a research & development sort of person. I check stats and read/admin message boards for a living. :) If you stuck a :BangBang: to my head, I could make a website, but it probably wouldn't be pretty.
