slicing video

I need to slice a shitload of videos into 2 minute clips. The formats are MPEG, WMV, and Real. Anyone know what software does this?

TMPENg can not do it in the way what you are looking for and it can not convert it into WMV nor RM

when you split a video into segments are the new files the exact same quality or do you lose some the way you would if you cut up a jpeg and saved them into new segments?

i did it with that Boilsoft software and I couldn't tell if there was any loss in quality.

my guess is that every time you cut or join you are losing some quality.

lemme know if i'm right or wrong.
