k well its nto a big problem but doing my head in....

2 of our emails we get 99% spam to and 1% customer queries, i want to set something up so that when anyone sends email to these 2 email addresses they get autoreply saying please CONTACT US "and support form link" so we dont lose the support for these customers....

How can this be done?

I don't want to have to download all the spam daily and auto reply to these peeps.

the idea is to create script that will check your customer database
and if the email is from your customer
accept it
and send to your mailbox
if not
thean move to trash

but there can be situation when customer sending from other email =]

we have thousands of different customers.

you just need an autoresponder on those certain email addresses.

if your server has a cpanel of some sort it's built in, or you can get one for free fron hotscripts.com

tools > message rules > mail then you just setup a mail rule
