I presume all your mailers will be compliant with CAN SPAM otherwise you will be guilty by association. better check with your lawyers

I got a spam from you guys on an email I never opted in for anything. I reported to a few places, have a nice day:thumbsup (It was not CAN spam compliant) If you WANT to do mailers for christ sakes just take a few big reputable ones and not just a bunch of kids with a proxy list.
