If you already own your domain it will cost you a bit to transfer it to them, but their monthly hosting fee for their upgraded package with cgi etc is only like $7.95 Cdn. No banners, no popups, no crap, excellent service and uptime.

If you haven't yet bought the domain, buy it through them as well and save some more money.
