Maybe the banners are being redesigned..

If you redesigned your banners would you leave big broken red x's in there place until you finished :)

Anyways hopefully one of the admins will pass this along to lensman so he can have it fixed. I have been waiting for awhile, maybe nobody noticed it / mentioned it.
