mostly true.

but if all members of the exchange group are tightly niched the click-thrus have high productivity.

general adult banner exchanges are mostly worthless, and blind banners do get hits, but little productivity.

IF you have the proper descriptive banner, located properly, it can have targeted click thrus approaching 7-8%.

people still use banner exchanges? damn I remember mine from 1998 used to send all the traffic to xpics

Personally I think it is a waste of time...
