Tips for making shirt logos?

When designing logos for tshirts, typically what pixel sizes should it be to look decent...mainly how wide? It will be two words on one line.

Any other tips I need to know?

Make vector images taht can be resized without pixelating, so that no matter what size you need, you can have it. :2 cents:

What are you using to make them? 99dogs.com has good stuff but it's kind of complicated. Height + Width doesn't really matter much with thm it's the dpi res (set it to 150) that makes the difference.

Edit: They're servers are slow as fuck tho.
