The server seems to be back up, but this is BS. 10 hours of downtime and not a single notification to any customers?

Vision was very useless on ICQ as well. I don't need to be told "server crashed, we have to reinstall"... Some real information would be nice.

I haven't been on the office today.
But the server is back up now again, I'll will check out with the tech department what the real cause was.

They are descent guys, so I don't like to leave them - but I can't handle this. Signed up at vibehosting.com and the minute they come online, he is going to transfer our whole cpanel account, etc.

Yeah, I had about 6 guys ICQ me for hosting. I don't mind though, I was looking for a new host and I was open to their suggestions.
